Event Registration: Signups for events through "Sched" app open in June.
Lodging: Rocky Con does not currently have discounts for lodging in the local area.

GENERAL

What are the convention dates, times, and location? Sep 20-21, 10am-6pm, Event Center at Ravalli Fairground.
How much do tickets cost? Free-$85. See Badges.
Are day passes available? Yes.
Where do I park? Parking is available on the South side of the Event Center and overflow parking is available across the street at the softball fields.
Are children allowed? Is the event family-friendly? Yes! Children 12 and under are free to attend with an adult.
Do I need to register in advance or can I buy badges at the door? Badges will be available at the door.

GAMING

Do I need to bring my own games? No if you are just attending the event, yes if you are hosting a game.
How do I sign up for games? After you buy a badge and register, you will be sent an invite to Sched. Create an account and select the events you want to attend. VIP event signups open: July 1, 2025, and General admission opens: Aug 1, 2025.
What if I’ve never played a TTRPG before? You're in the right place! Learn to Play games and Orientation sessions will be available.
Can I just drop in and watch a game? Anyone inside the Event Center will need a badge. Otherwise, we encourage all players to invite anyone curious to sit down at the table to watch a session.

COSPLAY

Can I cosplay? Yes! One of our main events is a Cosplay contest.
Can I take photos? A photo booth will be available for selfies to take pictures of yourself. If you want to take pictures of other cosplayers YOU MUST ASK THEM PERMISSION FIRST.
Are props or costume weapons allowed? Yes, but they must be Peace Bonded.

VENDORS & MERCH

Will there be vendors or artists? Yes!
Can I use cash or is it card-only? Cash, Card, and Venmo accepted at Rocky Con's official Merchan-Dice booth. Payments at Merchant booths will vary by vendor.

FOOD & DRINKS

COMMUNITY & ACCESSIBILITY

Are there quiet areas or accessibility accommodations? The Event Center has handicap parking and the entire venue has no stairs. There will be a "Puzzle Parlor" that will be relatively quiet.
Can I volunteer or help out? Yes! Volunteer
How do I meet other players? Cosplay meetups, Guild meetups, and of course any game table offers the opportunity to meet players.
How do I find games? Use the Sched app to find games.
