Main Stage Event Sponsor (sold out)

This sponsor is our main convention sponsor. The main stage for panelists and speakers will be named after this sponsor.

Tavern Sponsor - Named After You

Rocky Con will serve beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks at this event at our themed Cantina. The Tavern Sponsor will name this Tavern. Only one sponsor will receive naming rights for the Tavern.

Lanyards & Badges - Your Name Listed

Every VIP Attendee, Exhibitor, Speaker, Vendor, Staff Member, and Artist receives a lanyard/badge to show they are part of the event. Your logo or business name would be featured prominently. Only one sponsor will receive their name on badges.

Street Name - Named After You

Street Names are unique and exclusive feature at Rocky Con. Limited in numbers, all paths and hallways will be labeled with unique names chosen by our Street Name Sponsors. When staff direct attendees to locations, you might hear "head down Grandpa Frank's Avenue, then take a left at Ace Hardware Lane".

Cosplay Contest - Named After You

One of the most anticipated and attended events. Participants compete and show off their incredible costumes and designs. Only one sponsor will receive naming rights for this event.

Zone (Room/Area) - Sponsored By You

Limited in numbers, each zone at Rocky Con will be named after our Zone Sponsors. Some of these Zones include the Play & Win area, the VIP lounge, the Demo zone, and the Open Gaming area.

Limited in numbers, each Gaming Table at Rocky Con will be named after our Game Table Sponsors. 

Convention Bag - Your Name Listed

Every attendee will receive a Rocky Con Tote Bag when they check in at the convention. The Rocky Con logo will be displayed on one side and list of sponsors will be displayed on the other side.

Every attendee will receive a program at check-in. Sponsor name and/or logo will be included.

Advertising Opportunities

Rocky Con Printed Program

Boost your visibility by advertising in our official Convention Program! Reach hundreds of engaged attendees with multiple ad options. We sell a limited number of ads in our program, which is distributed to every person who attends the convention.

Merchant Wall

We will have a wall for advertisements and other promotional items for the Bitterroot Valley area. Stores may contact us directly to discuss attending as a merchant or to provide other support. rockycon.org/merchants

Donations

Raffle Item Donation

Rock Con will have raffles throughout the weekend. All attendees receive a raffle ticket. We are currently seeking donations of collectibles, games, toys and artwork. Your name and/or logo will be displayed with the raffle item.

Game Donation

Donate a new or used game that can be played for free by attendees. Your name and/or logo will be listed on our website and included with the game when attendees play it.

Play & Win: The games in this section will be raffled among all the people who played them during the convention. 

Prizes: Rocky Con will have a variety of prizes for attendees including door prizes, raffles, and contest winners.

Game Library: A collection of games that attendees can borrow and play, or Game Masters can use when hosting games.

Magic: The Gathering Cards Donation

Do you have extra MTG cards? Donate them and Rocky Con will combine them into packs for players at the convention. Anyone who joins a game will receive a card pack to keep and bring home.

Costume Donation

Have an extra costume in your closet you'd like to donate? We want to make cosplay accessible for every attendee. Rocky Con will have racks of costumes available for attendees who want to dress up.

RMBI's mission is to conduct and translate research in the field of student behavior intervention for practitioner use in the classroom as well as providing Special Education/Related Services for rural schools in the Mountain West.
