Merchants (Vendors & Exhibitors)

The Merchants of Rocky Con are no ordinary vendors… they’re part of the adventure! You’ll find them placed throughout the convention, offering a variety of handcrafted goods, gaming supplies, books, art, and other treasures. Whether you’re searching for dice, gear, or a one-of-a-kind keepsake, these traveling shopkeepers are ready to trade.

We are a smaller convention, and our primary offering is RPG and Board games, with an anticipated attendance of 250 people of all ages. Our space is organized such that our merchants and exhibitors are positioned throughout the the gaming space to allow for a lot of engagement with attendees. 

• 10x10 booth: $50
• Food Truck: Free

• Booth space on both days (Sat & Sun)
• 6' Table and two chairs (or you can use your own)
• 2 Merchant badges (get you in the door, but not registered on Sched)
• Merchants do not receive any swag items or door prize tickets.
